  • $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping is only available in the contiguous 48 states.
  • Free Shipping at $75 is only available in the contiguous 48 states (some products may not be eligible due to weight, size, or shipping restrictions).
  • *Most in-stock orders ship the same day if the order is placed by 2pm ET. (same day shipping only applies to orders placed weekdays, Monday-Friday)
  • Orders containing custom items (such as DTF prints or decals) could take an additional 1-3 business days to ship.
  • Orders containing drop-ship items will take, on average, an additional day to ship.
  • We currently ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Brilliant Vinyl is not responsible for package theft.

  • $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping:  Only available in the contiguous 48 states. ($25 for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories) We will choose the carrier and method based on the specifics of your order. These shipping methods do not have a transit time guarantee.
  • Free Shipping:  Only available in the contiguous 48 states for orders over $75 (some products may not be eligible due to weight, size, or shipping restrictions). Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. These shipping methods do not have a transit time guarantee.
  • $50 Express 1-2 Business Days:  Only available in the contiguous 48 states. Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We will choose the carrier and method based on the specifics of your order. TRANSIT TIME GUARANTEE (if placed before 12:00 pm Eastern Mon-Fri).
  • $100 Alaska & Hawaii Express 1-2 Business Days:  Only available for Alaska and Hawaii. Not available to U.S. Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We will choose the carrier and method based on the specifics of your order. TRANSIT TIME GUARANTEE (if placed before 12:00 pm Eastern Mon-Fri).
  • Local Pick-up:  Same Day - If you live in the South Metro Atlanta area or are willing to make the drive from wherever you live, we would love to serve you in person. If you place your order from home, you should receive an email from us in about an hour that your order is ready to pick up.


Orders Containing Custom Printing

All our Direct to Film Transfers and Decal orders are considered “Print-to-Order”, this means these items are printed after they are ordered. Because of this, when your order contains custom printing it may take an additional 1-3 business days to process your order. Therefore, orders containing custom printing are NOT subject to our Same Day Shipping policy. If you have other items in your order that are not custom prints, and those items are needed expeditiously, please place a separate order for those items. Once an order containing custom printing has been processed, we are unable to refund or cancel the custom items from the order. All DTF transfers must be pressed within 10 days of receipt.

We are now offering an expedited printing service.  This service is intended for customers who need their custom prints ASAP.  If an order is placed by 12pm ET Monday-Friday, and the expedited service is selected, the order will be prepared the following business day.  Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days.  Holidays do not count as business days.  An order placed by 12pm on Friday will not be ready until the following Monday.  Keep in mind any errors in the submission process will cause a delay in this timeframe.  This may include but is not limited to: Submitting the design and not paying for it; Paying for the transfers but not submitting a design; The design is on a white background; The DPI is too low for a high quality print; The correct size was not purchased at checkout; Overlapping designs on a gang sheet.


Products Not Eligible for Free Shipping

  • Dropship Orders:  In order to expand our product selection to offer unique or specialty items, Brilliant Vinyl offers some products that will ship directly from the manufacturer. Dropship items will be listed in the Cart or on the Checkout page as being shipped from Warehouse 2 or Warehouse 3. Real-time shipping rates will be calculated on Dropship items coming from Warehouse 2 and Warehouse 3.
  • Equipment:  All equipment will not be eligible for free shipping.


Lost Order Policy

If an order appears to be lost in transit, please notify Brilliant Vinyl within forty-eight (48) hours of the package being marked as delivered or lost. We will ask the carrier to perform an investigation or trace. The results can take up to three (14) business days. After the investigation is completed successfully and the carrier agrees the package has been lost, Brilliant Vinyl will either replace the ordered items or issue a store credit.


International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do NOT ship orders to addresses outside of the United States.
